13 Feb GIA Kicks Off a New Semester!
Greenway Institute for the Arts has begun their 2025 Spring Semester! After school programming returned on January 22, where students have been engaging in drama and singing activities at Greenway Court Theatre. Greenway is also partnering with the Fairfax Drama Department to help students audition for the upcoming Fairfax High School theatrical production of Fame: The Musical.
On January 29th, Greenway attended Fairfax High School’s Club Rush event. Held every semester, Club Rush is where all of the clubs at Fairfax come together to market and promote their organizations during lunch. This semester, Greenway featured a raffle game at their table. Students had to spin the prize wheel and do a quick activity to enter the raffle where they had the chance to win a Taco Bell gift card.
This February, Greenway Fairfax Dance Company has been preparing for their upcoming performance at Fairfax High School’s Black History Month Showcase. The showcase will feature a variety of acts, including two dances from Greenway Fairfax Dance Company. The new year is starting off strong and we’re excited for what’s to come!
